Director of Client Engagement
Lynne serves as a Director of Client Engagement, where she is able to apply her 20+ years of experience in learning and development and creatively design and support challenges today’s workplaces are facing. You can find Lynne facilitating leadership development courses, driving growth through business development and relationship building, and leading client relationships.
Prior to joining Chapman & Co., she served at the Boeing Leadership Center as a Lead Facilitator and Program Manager. Lynne earned her Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and a Master’s of Instructional Design from Western Illinois University.Meet the rest of the team
