Grace Fechter is a Client Engagement Team Leader at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute. Her dedication to the team, and our clients, and her passion for our message are apparent in any project she leads. Grace’s role on the team allows her to engage in people development, process implementation, and project management. Previously, Grace served in a marketing role in the construction industry. Grace is a proud St. Louis University alum, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
