Ann Balsamo
Director of Marketing
Ann Balsamo serves as the Director of Marketing for Chapman & Co. where she is leading the integration of Chapman & Co. business units into one unified brand and organizational identity. In addition to helping build a new long-term marketing and communications foundation and strategy, she is responsible for positioning Chapman & Co. in the current marketplace of professional services that help companies best engage the people they employ and the customers they serve.
With more than 20 years of marketing and communications strategy and leadership, Ann has led internal and external marketing teams within organizations and at marketing and communications agencies. Ann has a Master of Arts from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Ann is also a graduate of FOCUS St. Louis’ Leadership St. Louis.
