Leading for Results Program Overview
Step outside the conference room and into an immersive leadership experience where Chicago becomes the classroom.
Over two days, participants explore a set of leadership competencies through carefully designed experiences across the city, followed by a facilitated working session that transforms those insights into practical tools for leading. Rather than learning leadership through presentations, participants discover it through shared moments they can immediately apply back in their organizations.
The Inspiring Leader Framework
Throughout the program, leaders build practical skills across The Inspiring Leader model. Participants experience fifteen leadership competencies that become a shared language they can continue using long after the program ends.

The Two-Day Experience
Day One: The City as the Classroom
Chicago becomes part of the curriculum. Participants move through the city, encountering carefully curated experiences at each stop, each one chosen to surface a specific leadership competency in real time. The stops are kept as a surprise until participants arrive. What stays with people is not a slide deck—it is the story they were part of.
Day Two: Turning Experience Into Practice
The following morning, participants gather at the Ritz-Carlton for a working session. Each competency becomes a tool. Each tool becomes a practice. The day moves from reflection into application, ending with a concrete personal development plan and team commitments that travel back into the organization.

The Leading for Results Program is $3,500 per person.*
This investment includes all assessment fees and meals during the two-day in-person training.
