Jenny brings a decade of experience spanning the gamut of talent management, including leadership coaching, succession planning, assessments, 360s, competency modeling, and success profiles, as well as scalable solutions such as inclusion and engagement surveys and the development of a career discovery assessment. She has been fortunate to serve organizations such as Ascension (the nation’s largest non-profit healthcare system), consulting firm CMA, AB-InBev, Express Scripts, and Fleishman-Hillard.
Jenny earned her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and her B.A. from the same university. Supporting the Global Talent Hiring Program at the World Trade Center- St. Louis, Jenny led multidisciplinary research to identify solutions enacted by regional economic leadership to hire international talent, improving the St. Louis economy. She has presented her research on National Public Radio (NPR), as well as at international conferences in the U.S. and in China.
