As the Director of Strategy, Improvement and Culture for Barry Wehmiller, Brian Wellinghoff also lends his talents to Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, working to align client organizations to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Brian supports deep, lasting change in organizations allowing well-intentioned leaders to be inspired and developed. You can find Brian facilitating workshops and courses that create the environment for both cultural and leadership development to occur.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University’s Olin Business School.  Brian has spent more than 14 years inside Barry-Wehmiller leading teams, strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
