Barry Kirk currently serves as a Principal for Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute where he leads our customer loyalty practice. As a 15-year practitioner of the art of loyalty marketing, he brings strong experience in helping organizations achieve growth by building deep and authentic customer connections. As an untiring evangelizer of the notion that “Consumers are human beings first,” Barry is passionate about designing customer experiences that leverage behavior science, behavioral data analysis, persuasive design, and gamification.
Previously, Barry led the customer loyalty and employee engagement consulting practice for Maritz Motivation and was in senior leadership at Bunchball, a Silicon Valley-based start-up focused on digital engagement. Barry has a Bachelor’s of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
