Elevate your leadership skills with our comprehensive Truly Human Leader Program. Based on Bob Chapman's acclaimed book "Everybody Matters," this four-month journey combines assessments, coaching, and hands-on learning to develop exceptional leaders.

Price: $3,900 per person (includes assessments and meals during in-person training)

The Truly Human Leader Program is built for leaders who want to grow beyond technical skills. Over four months, you'll develop an authentic leadership style that drives real results while putting people first through a blend of self-assessment, individual feedback, virtual sessions, and a two-day immersive in-person experience. This is not a classroom lecture. You'll leave with practical skills in authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching and trust-building that you can apply from day one.
The program unfolds across five sessions from April through August. We recommend reviewing the dates before registering to make sure the timing works for you.
