Tim partners with clients to design and implement innovative human resources strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive meaningful cultural transformation.

Known for his strategic approach to human resources, Tim has successfully led people functions across diverse organizations throughout his career. Since joining the Barry-Wehmiller family of companies in 2020, he has held progressive leadership roles, including Chief People Officer for Walker Hughes Insurance, Global People Leader for Baldwin Technologies, and Senior Director of People at Barry-Wehmiller. His extensive background includes senior HR positions at major corporations such as Kraft Foods, Post Foods, and Eaton.

Tim holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Outside of his professional achievements, Tim is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Josh and Nicole. An avid outdoorsman, his interests include camping, riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and caring for dogs.
