Shannon serves as an Associate Consultant at Chapman & Co., where she plays a vital role in delivering impactful solutions to the organizations we serve. She works directly with clients to facilitate training, support project implementation, and create meaningful team experiences that drive lasting change.

Bringing her service-minded attitude and collaborative approach, Shannon enjoys empowering clients and team members to achieve their goals. She previously led admissions for a local St. Louis high school, experience that strengthened her ability to lead, collaborate, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Shannon obtained a BS in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Saint Louis University.
